Danish Kris Andersen is a veteran in the international electronic music scene. He has many releases on legendary labels such as R&S Records (Tundra/1994-1995), KK/Nova Zembla (Elysium/1995-1998), Flying Rhino (Sheyba/1995-1998) and Dragonfly (Elysium/1996-1998) and has travelled the World many times playing as an artist and DJ at many legnedary clubs and Festivals. While working as a freelance A&R for Polygram, Kris started out as a profesional DJ in London, UK in 1990 in the at that time young Acid House Scene and when he returned home to Copenhagen it was the beginning of a long international music career into Tribal Trance, Chillout, Electronica and Progressive/Tribal House. A career that once again took him back to London where he lived from 1996 to 1998 while playing all over the world every weekend and producing and remixing at the legendary Butterfly Studio in London. After a break from 2002 - 2005 Kris Andersen turned back to the House scene and is busy with his solo Deephouse productions, his tech house/techno project Rymdfunk with DJ friend Patrik Vision, Deep House/Tech project Andersen & Borelli with longtime producer friend Jean Borelli, "House from the past" project's Funktribe and WareHouse Junkies, downbeat electronica project Wombatmusic and returning to his roots as a House DJ playing under his own name Kris Andersen and ocasionally also spinning House from a more tech/techno side. Aswell as running Loopfreaks Records and it's sister Label Loopfreaks Black Kris is now a resident Dj on the Loopfreaks event Freak Out. Events that are scheduled regulary in the heart of Copenhagen as well going abroad to various cities this Summer and Fall.
